Noah Swaby is a Pittsburgh-born decathlete, strength coach, and rehabilitative training specialist who brings elite competitive experience to every athlete he coaches.
A 2021 graduate of Penn State University, Noah earned NCAA Second Team All-American and All-Big Ten honors as a decathlete before continuing at the University of Arkansas, where he contributed to multiple SEC Championships. He holds the Costa Rican National Record in the decathlon.
In addition to Grace, Noah is an assistant coach at Carnegie Mellon University and a strength and rehabilitative training specialist at Essential Strength in Pittsburgh — co-founded by a former head of UPMC's return-to-play program.
